Great time with family

Very good hotel animation team is 10 out of 10 very comforting and welcoming service is excellent cleaner do a very good job always kind and willing to do the best they can and always have the nicest smile I’ve seen hotel is brilliant and calming great for a get away with the family. Leo especially made sure I had a great experience and made our time so good chatting with us and interacting I would 100% recomend Hotel neptunia beach to every family looking for a getaway the food is delicious and anyone would enjoy the selection they have here. much love Archie, London uk.

Great time with my familly

Its my third time in tunisia we liked this country very much everything is special weather is very warm we can get a tan and sunbathing people friendly and Its easy to be friends food nice with a lots of choice tasty and fresh rooms are comfortable and clean the housekeepers changed toils frequently service Its very accomodating animation team are nice helpful funny i liked comedy show also atmosphere Its brilliant also the climate Its very different also we liked white party a lots of people we enjoyed that so much bar mens are good life guard are helpful and we find them when we need them hotel quiet good loaction private beach

I had a great time with family

I had a great time in the hotel, I alll the staff and animation team were amazing and lovely. Good food and rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly pool was cleaned daily. Food has a variety ice cream and crepes served daily. Beach was nice clear water and white sands beach is on hotel and had water sports all reasonably priced.

great staff ..bit dated in places but clean cleaners keep the room in clean condition ..food can be quite repetitive but I could always find stuff 2 eat ..the drinks are a bit of a letdown the vodka tastes nothing like vodka and there's not a lot on the cocktails I payed for a few cocktails for my partner and she said they wasnt very good ..i was happy enough with the lager ..overall it is what it ..

Neptunia beach skanes tunisia

Stayed 10 nights here at the neptunia beach hotel
The manager is very helpful and friendly and the lifeguards are a good laugh.. the entertainment staff couldn't run a bath they tell you one thing is on then it isn't.. the food however is particularly good and varied so a big thumbs up for that... the reception staff do not go out of their way to help if there is a problem just say come back later... a few of the young bar men are ignorant and talk in Arabic to each other about you. The rooms are basic for what yiu need and are cleaned daily if you remember to put your do not disturb on the green way round on your door.
Drinks on the all inclusive are basic but to be expected... 10 nights is to long here because there is absolutely nothing outside the hotel to do less you takexa taxi into soucce or manistir where you will be asked by every shopkeeper to come in their shop... if you go here I'd say 5 nights is more than enough well it was for me anyway.
