Magnificent stay

Magnificent experience. Very professional and available staff. Ali and his colleagues are incredible at making us happy. The staff is very endearing.
I recommend this stay at the edge of the desert,
In short, for us, the appointment is set for next year, it's a must.

Pansy Camp is worth a night!

What can be said about the tent camp? Not bad.
The tents are spacious, have en-suite bathrooms, and at least in mine, there was plenty of hot water.
The tents have seen better days in the sense that they were worn in some places. Like the camp in general.
I enjoyed the stay and slept well.
During the time I was there (April), the nights are cool/cold. It is better to ask for an extra blanket.
The bathroom is a bit worn and needs maintenance.
Good food (I ate here), friendly waitstaff. Breakfast was unremarkable but not terrible.
The location is excellent, close to the hot spring and the desert.
A negative note is the place: too crowded as it is a starting point for various excursions.

Horrific experience

A very dirty hotel in a dilapidated state, no maintenance, no housekeepers, rusty toilets, a foul smell in the room, an uneatable dinner, unfresh produce even the bread was the day before, a heater that doesn't work in a duck cold, no room keys.

ONLY OVERNIGHT STAY NO, OK WITH DAWN TOUR IN THE DESERT

The tent camp is not brand new, blankets and rugs have seen better days. The air conditioning is so noisy that in the evening we had to turn it off. Clogged shower (like others of our friends) from sand. The pool is not exactly clear. Breakfast and dinner ........ need to be reviewed for quality. Approximate cleaning. The rating was also assigned considering the location of the facility. An oasis in the middle of nowhere, in the desert. Many objective difficulties during the stay, compensated by the tour with the quads to see the sunrise over the sand dunes. Only this experience is worth the stay in a tent at Ksar Ghilane.
