honest hotel review, pick up a red kitten

We were on vacation with our daughter at this hotel. Loved the beach, great entrance for the kids. Feeding's fine, you won't stay hungry, the pastry is delicious. The hotel was tired, we knew what we were paying for, there was no hot water, we lived by the sea. The main building says eat. The last few days have been very fond of the redhead kitten. He's got a sore eye, I asked him to go to the vet at the reception, but they told me the medicine had already been ordered, the eye would be treated. If volunteers or those who could bring it to Moscow read this review, I'll take it to my place. The kitten is really into my heart, I'll upload it in the photo.

AVOID!

This hotel has no business having 'best' anywhere in their name. Absolutely vile hotel. Mouldy bathroom, mould in ac unit, pool was green, rooms were never cleaned, if you try to complain or ask for support language barrier is often used as an excuse to ignore you. About 5 power cuts per day during our stay, as a result my 5 year old slipped in shower. Water freezing. Poolside toilets should come with a health warning.
Wouldn't put me dog in here!

Avoid

Avoid this at all cost got back home on 26th of July this year.
Rooms are disgusting we got shown 6 different rooms and all disgusting. Pools are disgusting everything about this place is a lie.
Phone love holidays and they took 3 days to get back to us and basically just told us to accept it. IV added a few real photos of this hotel got a lot more but currently making a complaint to love holidays about it. The photos shown in the add are all AI looks nothing like the pictures when you are there even the slides are a different colour.

I regret my vacance there

Very bad hôtel
There s no hot water in the room
The kids and baby was obligate to shower with freezy water
The personal (receptionist) was impolite (i ask her to give me the Keys for two room my room and the room of kids she answer you ll teach me my job?)

Absolutely awful

Absoloutely disgusting avoid at all costs!! Bed bugs.... poor hygiene!!!! Filthy food very poor.. drinks waste of time all inclusive 2k for a week.. been ill for weeks now parasites due to lack of hygiene in hotel... AVOID AVOID.. CATER FOR ALGERIANS NOT UK.
