Run away!
We stayed at this hotel in September 2025 and our experience was a disaster from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Fouad was shockingly rude. He refused to give us clear information, spoke to us with contempt and acted as if our presence bored him. This is the kind of person who should never be in contact with customers.
The problems did not stop there. Security guards were aggressive and intimidating, creating a climate of tension instead of reassuring customers. When we tried to report the problems to the hotel manager, we were faced with a wall. He showed total unprofessionalism, downplayed our complaints and showed no willingness to find a solution or apologize for the behavior of his team.
In addition to the deplorable staff, the room fell far short: the bathroom was dilapidated and the cleanliness seriously left something to be desired.
In short, if you are looking for a place to relax and have a good time, avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff, from receptionist to manager, are incompetent and unpleasant. This establishment is a disgrace and does not deserve to be in operation. You deserve a better stay.

Pleasant but pay attention to the noise
On the other hand there is a nightclub that lives from midnight until 4am, it is very difficult to sleep if you are looking to rest.

The food is great and varied.
The staff is very friendly.
The pool bar offers only juices no pancakes or pizza or other.
Very secure, no one touches your things.

A calamity!
There is no hygiene, the staff is not friendly or welcoming.
Presence of parasite in the rooms!!! ( cockroach ).
Food is very limited.
Exchange rates are not respected.
Pension that deserves to be inspected and closed to tourists!!
