Vacation in this hotel is the best investment in sh*t
The rooms are not cleaned. The cleaning was done only on the 9th day of stay and then on request. It's dirty everywhere. Bedding are not changed, bathroom accessories are not brought. The territory is also terribly dirty and not well-groomed, there has probably never been any repairs. As for food, it's impossible to eat, the food is all terrible, I can't imagine how you can spoil food like that, in any case, it's impossible to take it because of the huge flow of people. So I'm constantly forced to stay without food or go to eat in restaurants separately, although I paid for the food at the hotel. It's also impossible to take drinks. They just don't give them, and one of the baryens can even complain at You, throw ice tongs at you or something else. there is no place to sit in the restaurant, as the tables are never ready to open or are not cleaned during the discussion. the dishes are so glazzy that it is impossible to even touch it. besides, everything does not work, air conditioners do not work everywhere! There is no water either in the toilets or in the showers. This hotel absolutely doesn't care about its visitors and I don't understand why they charge if they don't fulfill their services and duties at all.

Avoid
The light fitting was hanging off the wall and a large piece of metal sticking out the floor in front on the toilet.
The food is terrible if you can manage to get a plate, cutlery or a glass for water as you can only get bottles water after 10am with a token. The bars are always running out of glasses. I paid for a fridge in the room and it was delivered filthy, I
Also paid for use of the safe and 4 days in I am still waiting on someone coming to tell me the code, the majority of the staff are amazing and very helpful, I think the owners need to look at reviews and have a bit of self reflection on their business
And plates left lying about for days covered in ants

Discrimination in a restaurant and just bad
First of all, our family and two children were put in a room with no functioning air conditioning. Until 9 p.m., we were lied to for all the demands to replace the room that “they will come and fix it now”. We ended up sitting on our suitcases all day in 30 degrees, waiting for repairs. In the evening, I had to stand at the front desk and tell them I wasn't leaving until we had a replacement number. Only then was the problem solved, but the whole day's rest was lost.
Second, there was no soap or shampoo in the room -- nothing at all. For two days, I asked for toiletries several times, and each time I heard the same thing: "now." On the third day, when the home supply ran out, we had to buy shampoo and soap from the store.
It was the same situation with towels: there were four of us, and there were only two towels in the room. Two more didn't come until the next day.
But the worst part is the restaurant food service. As early as the second day, the administration had effectively divided all guests into first- and second-class people. Guests with black bracelets were the first to be let in, and guests with green bracelets were not allowed in for the first hour. After the departure of the supervisory officers, the crowd of Greens, along with the belated Blacks, formed huge queues trying to take anything from the already half-empty trays, especially the leftover fruit and other popular dishes.
Officially, guests with green bracelets were given 45 minutes, but after 10–15 minutes, there was virtually nothing worthy left. Moreover, after 5–10 minutes we ran out of plates, cups and spoons, and had to wait for them to arrive – if at all. It's happened too. In addition, many tables remained dirty after visitors with black bracelets.
There's no "do not disturb" stickers, and the attendant comes into the room when you're sitting in the toilet. The rooms and plumbing are extremely worn down, on the verge of collapse. There was no hair dryer, of the three light bulbs in the bath only one worked, Wi-Fi often does not catch even at reception, and if it does, it is constantly interrupted and very slow.
What are the pluses? First line, relatively clean beach and excellent water park with plenty of slides for all tastes.
But if this hotel had been my first introduction to Tunisia, I probably would never have come to this country again.
P.S. People walk around the hotel and talk them into giving a positive review. Maybe that's why the rating is above 2...
