Thank you very much, an excellent welcome, friendly staff who are attentive, the rooms are very beautiful.

Avoid this hotel! Unable to take responsibility for errors and assist customers in timely fashion.

The room had a broken bed frame. The double bed was two single beds of different heights pushed together. Toilet flushing mechanism broken and did not work consistently.
Hotel staff refused to have the manager assist with a serious discrimination event. Customers are not right or worthy of any help when employees make errors.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Book somewhere else.

Good value for money and great customer service. The hotel staff were very friendly. I would have given this hotel a better rating if it weren’t for the lack of sound insulation and the loud guests. I could barely get any sleep at night, as the guests in the café area (two floors down) were very loud—shouting, laughing, and having a good time.

The room was nice. Staff was good. There was no housekeeping if you didn't leave the key and when you did there was things that were not completely restocked. They took our dirty towels but then didn't leave any clean ones. If you stay with more than one person and they take the key the person who stays could possibly be locked in the room with no way to open the door.

seriously bad experience since the cleaning lady stole my ring and I was disappointed from the bad smell and dirty towels etc.
