Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia .
My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight.
Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe .
Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities

Very bad experience – to flee absolutely

I stayed at this hotel from January 11th to January 18th, 2026 booking a suite, and it is no exaggeration one of the worst stays I have ever had. Nothing matches what is advertised and the comfort level is simply catastrophic.
The heating was a real problem. It was supposed to work, but in reality it only walked in the evening, between 6pm and 8am, and still in a totally random way. Some days it didn't work at all. For a continuation, this is unacceptable.
The elevator was almost always broken down, making every trip painful, without any alternative or excuse from the hotel.
Breakfast is deception. Announced from 6am to 10am, it does not actually start until 8am. We missed breakfast several times because we left the hotel early in the morning. No information, no consideration for customers.
Internet connection is extremely weak, mostly unusable. It is almost impossible to navigate normally.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired: presence of mosquitoes in the room, dirty bathroom, very old and dirty sheets. Sleeping in these conditions is unacceptable, especially for a suite that is supposed to offer a minimum of standing.
This hotel deserves neither its price nor its promises. I sincerely regret this choice and strongly advise against this property. You should absolutely avoid.

The bed, sheets, and pillowcases were all very dirty, and the hot water in the shower took a long time to come on. However, the hotel's excellent location and reasonable price made it acceptable for a few days' stay.

This place was OK, but not great value for money. There is definitely better out there if you go and look.

room and corridor smelled like urine constantly.
mosquito net was damaged and torn, so leaving the window open wasn't an option.
Stains on linens and curtains .
I checked out early and got an airbnb.
good location though.
