Good location. Comfortable rooms.

The location was at the center of Tunis. The hotel has a free car park and staff was helpful. The rooms were comfortable and cold enough. The city is really hot so it is very important to find cold places. Breakfast was delicious and fair enough. I recommend to stay at that hotel for visiting Tunis.

I would like to share a feedback regarding a recent stay at ibis Tunis.
Although I did not personally stay at the hotel, one of our company’s employees stayed there during an overseas business trip. He is a technical staff member from Inform Elektronik, and his name is Yakup Haliloğlu.
According to his experience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Most importantly, he was very impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of Ms. Toujeni Malek.
She was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout his stay. Her positive attitude and dedication made a significant difference and left a very positive impression on our colleague.

Good

It is a good hotel not far from city centre Medina. It is a classical Ibis. Decent rooms and comfortable bed. The only problem was the water flow at seventh floor. Staff was amazing.

There Service was rubbish, they charge me twice and they said one will be refunded but for 3 days nothing been refund
