I really enjoyed my stay at Le National, the hotel was super comfortable, clean, and the staff were very helpful and lovely. The hotel was in a convenient location for public transport, taxis, cafes and restaurants. I felt very safe in the area, and though it is busy I was not disturbed by sounds from the street. I would definitely stay here again! 💖

I strongly advise against this hotel. It is one of the worst experiences we have had. First, there are bed bugs

I strongly advise against this hotel. It is one of the worst experiences we have had. First, there were bed bugs in the rooms and, despite our complaints, we did not see a satisfactory solution regarding this problem. It is totally unacceptable and concerning for health. The cleanliness is very insufficient. The bathrooms did not seem to be properly disinfected and the general maintenance disappointed us greatly. The bath towels are of very poor quality and unpleasant to use. The worst part, in our opinion, remains the hygiene in the restaurant. We observed an employee with a visible skin condition while she was working in an area related to food preparation or service, which made us very uncomfortable. There were also numerous flies around the breakfast area. My mother, an elderly woman, asked for help several times over more than 10 days and unfortunately did not receive the expected assistance. We also felt, from some employees, an attitude that we perceived as contemptuous and discriminatory toward certain residents. An administrative employee was particularly rude during our interactions, with an obvious lack of courtesy and respect toward guests. Furthermore, her personal hygiene seemed insufficient to us, which made the interactions even more unpleasant. Frankly, if you value your comfort and peace of mind, we advise you to avoid this hotel. I deeply regret having booked here.

Great front desk and doormen!—super friendly, accommodating, spoke English and made the entire stay all the more inviting.

Checkin was easy and there's a restaurant on site with very helpful staff. Mohammed at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good and a nice start to the morning. The room and shower were large and clean. The only negative I would say is the location. It's only near a terrible park (Belvedere) and a zoo which said it was open but wasn't. It's a pretty sketchy & dirty area. The hotel itself was fine.
