Fantastic
Just arrived back
We had the best week from the time we arrived the hotel staff were on hand for anything we needed they all do a fantastic job to make your stay stress free the pool staff make so much effort to keep you safe and have fun and interact with all the guest .The rooms had everything we needed our rooms was always clean they were cleaned every day the cleaners are lovely always smiling and polite
The dining staff fantastic each and every one of them there is so much to choose from my son is quite fussy but every day there was something for him to eat As for the entertainment we'll they are amazing, funny,make you feel welcome every day the whole group make your stay amazing special unforgettable best place even the owners do their part they all interact with the guest and will address any concerns or worries you may have we will be heading back in july2026 as well .The best hotel even though it's a 3 star hotel i would give it 10 stars great value for money just a all round fantastic hotel

Great week away
Late trip to Venus beach splashworld. Got a great deal through tui. Hotel was fantastic. Very clean, lively and great family getaway. Water park on site is brilliant. Food, standard fair for a 3* hotel. Plenty of it. The pizzas are fantastic. The booze is good too. The vodka seems to get stronger throughout the night. The entertainment team make the holiday. They are superb always working and giving plenty of time for kids, plus for adults as well. Plenty of banter being throw around. Special mention to the two lifeguards of the main pool. Big Bessam and little Bessam. Really made us feel welcome and were a great laugh. All in all a great budget week in the sun. 5* it isn't. But its clean, fun and plenty to eat and drink. What more could you ask for?

Splashworld needs a referb
Firstly the chaos upon arriving, ushered into an area away from the main reception to fill in forms etc it was total pandemonium
The hotel is dated needs a referb
It's clean to a fair standard as for the food I'd say average salads chips etc.Staff are always polite and happy to help.Sorry to say The beds are rock hard, slept on more comfortable payments. Pools slides supervised by lifeguards clean and litter free fair play money can be a little difficult.To exchange you feel obligated to use the hotel,Beverages are ok
Bring a large glass if you don't they're served in small plastic glasses. We ventured outside caught a taxi cost us 15 dinnar to the shops about £3.85. The area outside the hotel looks rough but
What you expect in this part of the world no disrespect meant.
Plenty of sport shown for all you football supporter's etc, on site
Shops selling lot's of merchandise

Fab Family Holiday ❤️
Fabulous family hotel. Staff were amazing from reception to cleaners, life guards to waiters. All so polite and helpful. Now the animation team, what can I say they were amazing, every one of them, Always smiling and entertaining and just so friendly. They really make the holidays for the children and adults alike. All staff are a credit to the hotel. Our room was perfectly clean, we have amazing views of water park and the sea. Restaurant/beach bars spot on, food lovely and all different varieties. Always found something to eat and always fresh.
Will definitely be back to visit again.
