Five stars for disgusting, filthy, and neglected.

It deserves five stars for its disgusting, shameful, and filthy conditions… We came to Adana for the Orange Blossom Festival, and on top of the festival fatigue, the hotel's awfulness gave us a historical tour I definitely do not recommend it It's a hotel where you'll be humiliated for your money

The service wasn't bad

The rooms are drying something from the rough ceiling from the hallway comes the constant footsteps under the beds mouse locker and the master has a huge hammam bucket then again under the beds there is a drink box of cigarettes, then there is a room with shutters, I would not recommend explicitly

Don't sleep in this hotel. I was there with a friend and the first night we itched all night. We only slept there one night and we got skin lice. And our loved ones got infected through close contact

Never go.

At first, we didn’t expect such a dirty hotel. Our 1-night stay included breakfast and we left without breakfast after seeing the rooms have been so dumped and dirty. First, the hotel’s hallway into the room comes with a horror film. Sensor lights one on and not on. We opened our room door with a phone light. Room doors are not secure, wood doors that are opened by force from the outside. The room's stain glass is not closing completely. We stayed on the 3rd floor, but we heard all the street sounds in our room, and the room was always cold in the evening because of the glass. AC is working and we made warming with it. I can’t choose a sentence to describe the room’s mess. There were hair and peanut shells on the floor. Bathroom did not have a shampoo. The towels were grilled and the shower was terribly dirty. We left without even taking a morning shower. The only plus was 2 hotel sweaters in-room for the guest. No chains, a glass of water was added. The price may be good compared to other hotels, but obviously I didn’t expect that much. I went down with my thermos to request hot water from the front desk and they assisted immediately. They need a lot of work for the hotel.
