The hotel owner’s responses are always the same and there are no clear responses. It’s probably logical that we branded them in Adıyaman. Of course, these conversions come in. I’ll contact the Ministry of Tourism about this and request the sound recording that the hotel normally performs.
Hello, I booked the hotel by phone. After a day, I called the hotel and offered to send it back to the shuttle to confirm the price and number of rooms, but they wanted to change the price on the booking the last day we went. The person who received the reservation made a statement of “Your booking is entered this way.” And they suggested, “We can help you at today’s price.” I never imagined going through such a thing because I thought they were a corporate. My advice is to make a call/request a phone Reservation. I couldn’t prove my responsibility because I didn’t want to. I wrote a review and the appreciation/review is yours.
When I traveled east or southeast, I was pleased with the friendliness of people that usually did business on my hotel bookings. I've never experienced anything like this to date. I paid for being ungrateful. But worse, it ended that sense of mutual trust that made me happy.
Note: The Reservation owner I was trying to explain my right at this hotel suggested to help with the reservation in the old way as he thought I was telling the truth. But it didn’t seem right for me to be pleased about something that I was right about, and instead of going to that hotel, I visited another last-minute hotel that I found empty.

Excellent hotel!
The room was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet, which made for an excellent sleep. We don’t use the fitness room, Turkish bath or sauna although they looked great. We did however make use of the guest laundry, which was great.
Highly recommended, in fact we loved it so much we stayed at the Park Dedeman, Denizli too!

The hotel itself was perfect. Our room was huge and included everything we needed. There was a gym, sauna & Turkish bath available as well as a laundry, which we used and appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark & quiet, resulting in a great sleep. Highly recommended!
