One of the worst hotels I stayed in on tour
September 2023
The floors were dirty, the shower head was broken, when we went down to breakfast, we were greeted with empty trays, even though it had only been 20 minutes since we started, and it took a long time to fill them. The staff were inadequate and indifferent. For example, the friend who filled the tea did not even look at the open end and poured it out as it was. We had to because it was a contracted hotel with the tour, but if you can't make it. Please do not accept large groups

Disappointment
The location is excellent, surrounded by good restaurants and cafes, as well as shops and supermarkets, many of which are available, as well as Car4, overlooking the main street, very close to Jawaher Mall and public transportation.
But the inside of the hotel needs maintenance and repainting of the dirty walls
Elevators are slow
There is no air conditioning outside the rooms
Sterilization containers in the corridors are empty
The lighting is weak and some floors are turned off
The sheets are not changed in the room, only the pillow covers
Only one roll of toilet paper is given to the family
There is no shampoo or shower equipment
The daily cleaning of the room is poor, as you find dust and any stains on the floor as they are, despite filing a complaint about poor cleaning
Very bad lighting in the rooms
As for breakfast, it is less than normal, and the types of cheese are of the poor quality, as well as mortadella
The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English
