Very rude host.
Positives:
The hotel is well located close to all amenities and attractions, a short walk/drive from the Alaçati centre. Free parking is available outside the hotel. It was easy to find and the check in process was straight forward. The hotel itself is quaint as pictured, with a nice pool and outside area. The basement room we booked had all the essentials with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. It was a little dark, but as expected from the photographs.
Negatives:
What could have been a pleasant stay was heavily tainted by an extremely disappointing interaction with Emre himself. The breakfast was heavily implied in the Airbnb description above as being included in the price. Please be aware before booking that this is not included and you will be expected to pay extra per person. When we simply enquired about this extra charge, we were met with hostility from Emre who was extremely confrontational and defensive. This created an atmosphere of contempt for the rest of our stay, to the extent that we considered leaving because it was so uncomfortable. After this interaction, a breakfast was thrown together at our table, deliberately sub-standard when compared to the guests around us (missing items, small portions served in lower quality crockery/tableware) in a deliberate attempt to create an uncomfortable experience. We returned to the room that evening to find that it had not been cleaned or serviced, with not enough towels provided for the number of guests.
Myself and my partner are doctors from the UK, both of us fluent in English and Turkish, and were appalled at the behaviour and attitude displayed by Emre. The poor customer service and frank rudeness we experienced is enough for us to recommend not staying here.

EVINIZDE KI KONFORU VE SAMIMIYETI MI ARIYORSUNUZ?
Alacati'nin icinde ama en sakin yerinde olan bu butik otelde harika 1 hafta gecirdik. Gerek aile isletmesi gerek ise calisanlarin guleryuzlu olmalari sebebi ile evimizde hissettik. Hotel sahibi Emre Bey ve esi Bahar Hn harika insanlar. Yukarida ki cumbali oda da kaldik. Yatak konforu, yastik yumusakligi, carsaf kalitesi hersey 5 yildiz ayarindaydi. Disarida ki pahali kahvaltilara gitmeye gerek yok. Kahvalti kalitesi yukaridaydi. Gunici menu yiyecek ve icecekler gayet kaliteli ve cesitli idi.
Tek bulacagim kusur ise havuzun olimpik boyutlarinda olmamasiydi ))))
