good hotel

the hotel was so nice and cozy. the staff were very polite and nice.
it was so clean, but in the room it was no trash bin and no tissue
breakfast was good
we didnt like the blanket
The location of the hotel was very good and by 5 minute walk we could go to a really nice street with lots of restaurants
but every thing was so expensive

Horrible expérience

After 8 hours from Istanbul to Alacati, we arrived at the hotel very tired. The reception was not good. They were talking about us and cursing in Turkish only because we are Arabs ( Racism). Unfortunately, I understand the Turkish language well. They left us waiting a long time under the pretext that the rooms were still not clean and when we entered the rooms they were not clean. I do not recommend visiting it.

A friendly, clean and safe stay

I can say that it is the best hotel I stayed in Alaçatı. In terms of location, it is within walking distance to the center, the rooms are very clean and spacious, I stayed at the hotel alone, everything was very comfortable and enjoyable, I would like to thank especially Ms. Melis and Mr. Birkan for their interest and concern.

Gutes Hotel !

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier und hatten das Maisonette-Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Die Mitarbeiterin am Check-in war stets nett, wobei die anderen Service-Mitarbeiter, die schwarz gekleidet werden, eher zurückhaltend waren. Der Check-in verlief schnell und reibungslos. Das Frühstück am Morgen war ebenfalls ausreichend. Der Poolbereich ist schön designt.
Die Gardinenstange in unserem Zimmer ist zweimal hingefallen, wurde aber sofort wieder angebracht. Im oberen Bettbereich des Zimmers kann man seinen Kopf sehr leicht gegen die Zimmerdecke stoßen. Die Kante des sich unten befindlichen Betts ist sehr hart, man kann sich hier leicht verletzen. Das Zimmer erhitzte sich sehr schnell, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein größerer Mülleimer im Zimmer fehlte.
Insgesamt war aber alles da, was man brauchte, weshalb das Hotel definitiv zu empfehlen ist.
