The staff were very friendly and sympathetic, especially the restaurant staff were very pleased with us very friendly and well cared the food was very delicious Turkish night performances were very good, we were very pleased with the fun in the pool, we were extra entertained in the aqua park in general thank you very much all the work team very soon they offered us a pleasant full hizzmet

You can’t go wrong
Not long got back from A11…
We arrived at 03:30 in the morning, due to a late departure with Sun Express airways. Our room was not that bad according to the reviews we read on trip advisor. Pretty basic but clean in all aspects. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC for the decor. But who spends all the time in a room for the duration of there holiday? Breakfast (07:30-9:00) was ok but not that much of a selection, but nice either way.. that was the same with Lunch and dinner. There was about 6 different options with plenty of side dishes. If your a salad Fan, your in Heaven. Deserts were the same, but Low calories was not an option.. lol.
Staff were pleasant and attentive but a little smile will go a long way. They seemed bored and not bothered. But I can understand that, due to working in that industry when I was a very young man. Seeing people send in a day what you earn in a fortnight, can be
very discouraging. Me and my brotha had a Hamas (Turkish bath) 90 mins and a medical hot stone massage 1hr
for a ridicules price

Day time and night time entertainment was a bit hit and miss. The animations team worked so hard to get people interested In events, but most just wanted to chill out. Good either way. Alanya is very nice, but expensive in most quarters. I went to Marmaris a couple of years ago…. And that was cheap. Back then it was 20 lira - £1.. now it’s 48.5 - £1. So if your outside of the tourist trap, your laughing. We done a safari jeep tour, which was really good. Really enjoyed it. Turkey is so Beautiful. Unbelievable scenery.
Oh…. If you’re an alcohol drinker, don’t build your hopes up. VODKA, WHISKEY, GIN, RAKI, WHITE WINE, RED WINE & beer…. That’s your lot. But as the saying goes……. “You pay for what you get for”….. I must say we got a bargain price.

If you like being scammed, like dirty, noisy and angry staff, then you can choose this hotel.
Thought we booked a 4 star hotel and it couldn't be as much worse than 5 stars. The disappointment was enormous. Arrives a reception with 2 people who have not taken a smile course. They're sending us across the street to a completely different building, refusing to accept the room I booked. They didn't have anything I was told of. Wrong, others got such room.
We could move to the main part, but then we had to pay 11,000 Turkish lire, KONTANT, receipt we couldn't get.
We paid and moved. Internet was supposed to be included in the room, neida. 3 euro per person per day. CASH. Got 2 rooms with 3 beds per room. Full of moisture, mold, shower doors missing, only cold water, the shower head had to be kept, towels for 2 people, parts of the floor was cut away due to injuries. The refrigerator doesn't work. The buffer was a joke. Had to be in line to wait for cutlery. All soups and pots with tough meat. stuck in the floors. So dirty. The pool was filthy. A green edge around the whole, and one of the last days floated that stool in the pool. Bruce was without carbonic acid. Could not sit out on the balcony because of loud music every single night. We found only one positive thing, the location. Short way to everything in Oba. And that we needed to get as far away from the hotel as possible. Not my 2 best weeks on holiday with family.

Trial
There were some inconveniences at the first entrance to the hotel, but then the room quality and hotel service were all right. Some of the staff are very friendly and some are very precise, so I recommend that the guest don’t leave so early

Accommodation beach staff recommend a beautiful hotel all without considering Reservation
It was a nice experience if you're thinking about going, you can choose this hotel with ease without ever thinking about the rooms the service was nice the activities could increase a little bit besides it was pretty the best part of the hotel staff and environment
