The hotel saves and makes as much money as it can.
Taking a family vacation with a baby. Brief Sammari: It was clean, it was fun, the pool was nice, but it didn't taste good, the alcohol was terrible and the room was broken.
Pros of the hotel:
- staff (really very cool)
- location (honest first line, great sea view)
- swimming pool (very comfortable and clean)
- cleanliness in common spaces (dining room, pool, corridors)
- air conditioning worked in the room without reproach
some of the dishes were delicious, I'll be honest. Once there was a great red fish, always great rice and desserts. Very good coffee. Grill dishes are cool and savory vegetables.
Cons of the hotel:
food. As I wrote above, some of the dishes were normal. But the part is just disgusting, I think it's to do with the savings on purchases, not the chefs, the chefs obviously tried, but if the pasta is the cheapest, it's going to be disgusting. Similar to everything purchased: Cutlets and sausage made of terrible soybeans don't understand what, met rotten food several times (meat, sausage, sausages)
- alcohol (just disgusting, once the gin was diluted with some strange anise or grape vodka, the wine and beer are terrible, and nothing else happened. Everything else is paid in the bar (at least 10€) or pool shop
- the condition of the rooms. In our room almost everything was broken, toilet door, towel dryer in the bathroom, towel dryer on the balcony, toilet chair, shower door, shower itself, bed base, balcony door, socket) on the first day asked the reception to fix, in a week nothing was fixed
- because of the broken door to the balcony it was very noisy in the room (windows overlooking the sea open to a four-lane highway, on which traffic never stops)
The hotel doesn't have its own beach, that's a lie. There's a beach cafe with sunbeds next to it, which has the same name as the hotel, and that's it. Need a sunbed? 200 lire. Whether you live in a hotel or come from outside, it doesn't make any difference, which means it's not a hotel beach, it's just a private office.

Absolutley abysmal, well below par
2 hour private transfer from Antalya airport. A Family of 6, split into two separate rooms ON TWO SEPERATE FLOORS, food absolutely abysmal and cold most days, zero choice for kids unless they want chips or melon. Rest of the food was stews/sweetcorn/chicken rings. For an all inclusive hotel it fell well below exlectations. Daughter went to the bar to order non alcoholic cocktail which is charged at €10 to be told, I can't be bothered making it. Come back later juice machine out of service three of the 8 days I spent here, 3 of the days, the mixture must have been finished as only water came out. Sunbed reserved with towels from the night before and nothing done about it, gym and indoor pool out of service. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a fantastic stay at Arsi Blue Beach Hotel. The hotel offers great value for money and has everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good selection of Turkish and international dishes.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent beachfront location. The beach is just across the road, and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea is only a few steps away. It is also easy to reach the center of Alanya by bus, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
We had a wonderful holiday and would happily stay at Arsi Blue Beach Hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with friendly staff, delicious food, and a fantastic location by the sea.

Dont book here if you want a good hoilday
This really is not a 4-star hotel, it is a 2 star at the very most and should not be classed as All Inclusive, as best its full board that gives out terrible drinks for some of the day. The food was just awful, will fly’s all over the buffet. Cats running around the resturant. We had to eat out for Breakfast and Dinner every day. We were not at the hotel during the day so can’t comment on the lunch but would assume it was the same awful rubbish. This cost me money that I did not anticipate spending.
The pool area is not big enough for the size of the hotel and only had a small number of sunlounges that were always reserved by other guests the night before. When we did use the pool area, we had to sit on chairs. While sat there you continually get hassled by salesmen trying to sell you trips, Turkish baths, and even a hair salon!!! I do not want this consistent hassle when on holiday. When you say no to these people, they become aggressive with you. Not good at all!!!!
The daytime entertainment was non existent apart from a very game of water polo twice a day and there was no evening entertainment at all. The hotel bar closed at 10pm!!!!!
They advertise a private beach. Here you have to pay for a sunlounge and the bar on the beach is not part of the ‘so called’ All Inclusive…… again money we had to spend that we were not expecting.
I would stay away from this hotel if you want a good holiday

A good experience, as well as a good holiday!
I have been to this hotel for the first time, I should have been at Arsi Paradise Beach hotel but due to cleaning I couldn't be there where I booked. Everything is as it used to be in this chain, good food, good rooms and really nice staff, however not him the older at the reception in the evening. He's fucking Sur and is not at all the service memory.
The hotel is very child friendly so it can well be a good holiday here for many.
