From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of our holiday. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the daily themed cuisines made every meal something to look forward to. A special thank you to Adil, an exceptional chef whose attention to detail and passion for food were evident in every dish. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the à la carte restaurant, and the flavours, especially the olives, were unforgettable.
We would also like to thank Mehtap and Zehra Abla for their warm smiles each morning and their delicious gözlemes, which were the perfect start to the day. Mızrak and Nadia were equally wonderful, always making us feel comfortable, welcome, and well looked after.
This was more than just a holiday—it was a special experience that created lasting memories for our entire family. Thank you to the entire Kaila team for your hard work, kindness, and dedication.

Staff:
Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Food & Drinks:
Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails.
Rooms & Facilities:
Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids.
Location & Transport:
Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended.
Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!
