Serenity Queen pros and cons

First of all, everyone at the hotel, from the reception to the security and the bellboys, was very helpful and polite. Yes, the hotel itself is of good quality, but there are major problems with the service in the restaurant and pool area. You can't find proper staff by the pool, and the staff in the restaurant seem to be only responsible for clearing tables. However, we would like to thank Mr. Ferhat in the restaurant for his attentiveness, and another thank you to the staff at the snack bar. The staff at the snack bar were very attentive and friendly, and the soup of the day and other items on the menu were much better and tastier than those in the main restaurant. I learned that Gülhan makes these soups; her cooking was excellent, truly. A big thank you to everyone at the snack bar, from the waiters to the chefs ☺️

Restoran ve havuz bölümündeki hizmetlerle ilgili geri bildiriminizi ise özellikle önemsiyoruz. Havuz alanında yeterli görevli görememeniz ve restoran hizmetinin beklentinizin altında kalmasıyla ilgili değerlendirmenizi ilgili departmanlarımızla paylaşacağız. Scammers!!! Stay away!!!

Scammers!!! Booked a stay with Revolut and upon arrival they told me that they did not have any rooms available. The money was not refunded!!! Scammers stay away at all costs.
