A perfect hotel.
Right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and free from noise. The breakfast was very good. In short, it's a hotel where you can stay completely focused.

A bad experience
I have always based my vacations on reviews. I stayed at this hotel this time partly out of necessity. At first, the small size of the rooms and the fact that the room had no window created a negative impression. But since I stayed there knowing this, I didn't mind. The second issue was that, as frequently mentioned in the reviews, all kinds of sounds could be heard in the rooms due to the walls being very thin. The third point—and the most important one—is the parking problem. When I arrived near the hotel, I found a suitable spot, parked the car, and checked in. During the check-in process, I told the receptionist exactly where I had parked and asked if it would be a problem; they assured me there would be no issue and that my vehicle could stay there. Given the situation, I didn't move the vehicle. When I went back to the car the next morning after leaving, I discovered I had been fined. When I spoke to a municipal officer passing by at the time, he stated that the hotel owner was at fault for providing incorrect information, noted that the issue did not stem from me, and advised me to recover the cost of the fine from the hotel owner. When I went to speak with the hotel representative about this, their condescending attitude—as if they were lecturing me—combined with their refusal to pay the fine and their remark asking why *they* should pay for a fine incurred by *my* car parked outside, left me absolutely furious over a penalty I had received for no good reason. I will never go there again, and I wanted to recommend that anyone who does go use the municipal parking lot.

Great overnight stay
Fantastic and super comfortable hotel for our quick overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Really friendly staff, beds comfortable, cosy room. We had a luxury room which had french balcony which was great. Central location just a few minutes to all the sights. Bathroom is quite small hence the 4* and not 5* however it did the job and the water was lovwly and warm.

Front desk staff wasn’t looking pleasant upon arrival although 2 of them available and there were no other guests. They were looking annoyed and unwilling to help, no smile, no welcoming attitude or did not provide necessary information regarding hotel and amenities. They looked like they wanna get rid of us asap so they go back to peaceful quiet desk work.
They didn’t greet us, didn’t say welcome, didn’t say hi, didn’t even bother standing up from that cozy chair to reach us. This is a hospitality and service industry and the last thing a guest wants to see an unwelcoming hotel staff with disturbed face. 5 minutes later we we wanted to reach front desk but there were no pamphlet at the room and the phone wasn’t dialing front desk. Internet wasn’t working at all.
Room was clean and spotless, breakfast was good and adequate, staff was working so hard to provide enough food for the buffet. Thank you for restaurant and housekeeping staff. Front desk needs lots of training about what hotel business and guest service is all about!
