The hotel is located in a former, faithfully restored and beautiful Han from the 17th century. The building breathes history and even today you can be transported back in time thanks to the famously designed interior design in the public areas and private rooms. The always professional and very friendly staff, the opportunity to eat delicious food and enjoy breakfast and the direct view of the rock tombs and the castle make a stay in this fantastic hotel an absolute highlight.
The city, all sights and museums, the opposite side and all restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Parking is available in the Otopark next door.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and are very much looking forward to returning one day.

It was nice when we went to celebrate our wedding anniversary but there were shortcomings.A hotel I won’t choose again
The hotel and restaurant looked good, but we were not very satisfied with the shuttle
In fact, we chose to be influenced by the sleek appearance and positive reviews, but it was not as much as we hoped.After ordering our dinner came quite late after my wife's meal came my meal, my wife's dish did not come.The greenery in the salad was painless we wore.Sweet gifted to compensate one of the waitress gentlemen .We also talked about the situation in the case.They did not receive the price of the sale and salad .The room was not warmed in any way.Frozen was a single breakfast was very nice except ...

Pure hotel
After exploring lots of places by the river, we decided to stay at this upper-street hotel, and the good thing is that we did. The location is centrally located, all within walking distance. Mrs Sena at the front desk is very sweet and attentive. The other employees we saw when we arrived at night were also very engaged. An incredibly authentic place. Every corner smells of history. I only wanted a room for 3 people, but the room provided was for 2 people, added extra beds, 2 kids total 4 people we were very difficult to move. Apart from that, we had no problems, the room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was very good. If I come again, I’ll stay here again, requesting a more spacious room.

Very Uncomfortable Stay
There are only 2 good things about this hotel: its central location and its historical building (it's a centuries old renovated caravanserai). All other aspects are simply awful.
In a hotel converted from a historical building, one can expect certain flaws but here, some the flaws were at safety threatening levels. For instance, in our room, the lamp on the high ceiling had a sharp edge and looked as if it would fall on us (the bed being just under it) any moment. The stairs to the rooms were steep with no alternatives (no elevator, no additional equipment for disabled people).
The lobby which used to be the inner courtyard in the old days has a covered ceiling and all the rooms are around that lobby. Under normal circumstances, it's not allowed to smoke here but there are ashtrays on tables and people smoke and all that smoke goes to the rooms around. Due to this courtyard structure, all the noise in the lobby goes directly to the rooms as well. The day we were there, they were broadcasting a football match on a large screen and it was impossible to have a rest in our room which was on the second floor.
We stayed in room no 203 and it was just tiny tiny tiny!! We could hardy move in the room, the bathroom was no different. From what we heard from our friends, all other rooms were the same and to a certain extent, we were lucky: one of our friends had a room without any windows!!! There were only one pillow for each in our room and when we asked for more pillows (which we had to do by personally going to the reception as the telephone in the room was not functioning) we've been told that there was no vacant room thus no extra pillows were available!!!
The breakfast was served in the lobby and it was poor. I was taking pictures of the buffet to share here at TripAdvisor and the lady who looked in charge of the breakfast questioned me about why I was taking pictures. I explained her my motives and she was not pleased at all and told me that instead of writing about my experience in the Internet, I should better tell the staff what I was not pleased about...
In short, it was an awful experience: rude staff, uncomfortable rooms, low level of service, a wasted historical building... I honestly can not recommend this hotel...

Crap customer service
We arrived hotel after a long exhausting day. The room was quite small and scorching. The mobile A/C and the cold water tap were both broken. The staff was quite clever to say we are full tonight and we have no other rooms available with a kind of take it or leave it attitude. Avoid next time as there is loads of better options in the city near the river.
