A fraudulent establishment!!!

This accommodation doesn't offer the service you expect for the price. For this price, you can find more modern accommodations in Oldtown with breakfast included. The rooms smell bad. There's dampness. There's no cleaning. There's constant noise. The noise is coming from the hostel owners. They cook in the hallway, and the smell permeates all the rooms. You might feel like you're staying somewhere in India. The doors are broken. There's a constant smell coming from the toilet and bathroom drains. There's a neglected garden. They talk loudly on the phone at certain times. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but the hostel owners smoke everywhere. The minibar in the room is empty and not working. The air conditioning works strangely, sometimes turning off by itself. There's no water heater. There's no safe. An empty bed... A scam establishment. Don't waste your money.

Avoid this place

They didn’t mention in English in their description that it was a 6-bed mixed dormitory. I paid 47 euros for 3 days, and it was such a disappointing experience. If it had been clearly stated, I would never have booked this room. I will never forgive that — it’s unacceptable. And they need to mention what room it is! its not a 3 star hotel.....its a very old hostel.
People don’t understand Turkish, and if it’s an international booking website, the information must be written in English.
On my receipt, it clearly said “1 room for one adult”, but when I arrived, it turned out to be a 6-bed mixed dormitory. It’s a shame and some words in turkish....kisla pansiyon is much better and many other places for much lower price.

Booked via trip.com and received the Check in voucher
When we reached at the hotel they said no reservation they can find . We requested until get a response from trip.com can we keep our bags safe inside the hotel they still refused and said no reservation said no .
And trip.com emailed they couldn't complete the booking due to the agent not responding or something .

Güzel oda Staff are kindfully, we stayed for 2 days, and prices are also not so expensive. Hotel is silent and not so noisy. We stayed in economic and standard room. I advice u to book standard if u want cleaniess and comfort
