A full family hotel

Even if the check-in was done quickly with a smiling and efficient Staff guy, he was pretty much the only person who could pull off a smile.
When you are used to the three-star standard in Europe, you have to make a conversion in your head. This hotel looks pretty from the outside and the rooms look well appointed with nice furniture and modern colors. They're really just misery covers. The soundproofing between two rooms is such that you feel like you live with your neighbour, and in this case you must have won the lottery and come across people who are especially silent. That was not my case. Cleaning left completely to be desired in or out of room. The chairs in the breakfast room were apparently never dusted. Construction definition are not at the top. This is also the case in the bedroom(s), where the traditional electric cables coming out of the 230v sockets are visible , the shower doors that simply do not close 100%, the badly made paint and patched here and there, huge traces of dirt on the doors, bedroom door that does not close unless you hit in it, WATERPROOFING OF CATASTROPHIC WINDOWS, huge drafts of air inside the apartment, no sheets for downs or duvets, cleaning of the shower cabin, in the bathroom seriously goodbye, etc.
If you’re not too much, watching you will obviously come out alive without any problem. But if you are a little more looking at things well done then your stay at this hotel will sting you a bit!

The place is very good the staff are good but there is a problem with the weak lighting in the rooms and the weak strength of the water in the bathrooms and the hot water This situation must be addressed.

Stayed in room 102, bathroom was very dark not enough lighting, could do with lick of paint/refurb. In saying that the hotel is ideally situated right in the middle of Lara beach, the room as are spacious and really ideal for what you need.

Great place to stay

Absolutely spotless hotel. The staff are so friendly, breakfast was exceptionally good. Room was really comfortable smart TV in the living room. Which I managed to mirror the screen off my tablet and watch English TV. I would definitely stay there again.
