There are no slippers in the room, the bed linen and towels are not clean, they are not cleaned every day. It's cold in the room. The staff is good, in general, for its cost, it's fine. The location is good, there are no cockroaches

Untouched staff

Somewhere near the accommodation, but unfortunately when you go to the reception you meet five-faced people who work at the reception, you go like they are forcibly held there welcome or even hello no master who works in reception needs to be taught the job I think at least welcome word as a result we go for a fee we don't have very high expectations just laughing not think it's hard

Bathroom no good

Stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was fine. Now with new staff it is not good. I really don't know what they have done in the shower. They have ripped out the tiles and the system they had 2 years and just concreted the walls in the shower, absolutely unbelievable. The shower itself was replaced by a shower that just showers out water every direction, faulty. You can't have a shower after 12 midnight as there is no hot water until 4pm later on in the day. So no hot morning showers. They painted the rest of the tiles in the bathroom and left areas unpainted. Looked a right mess. The light sockets have no socket switch covers on. No light in the room, the light was not working.
We were glad to get home as had very little sleep through traffic noise or people coming in at 3am in the morning smoking outside.

It’s good location but need update everything . Everything it’s old and not working! Really disappointed.
I asked to wake me morning at 04:00 o’clock. Unfortunately they didn’t. And I was nearly missing my flight. It’s not acceptable!

In central and near by restaurants and shops.
Has air conditioning, but unfortunately all it’s broken and not working. I have to change 4 times rooms!
I will definitely won’t recommend it! Everything it’s very old. Hair dryer not working. Wc not working. Fridge it’s very old. Doors and windows so difficult to closed.
