Very poor hotel. Room stinks of smoke and washroom is absolutely gross

I left my my watch in the room after check out I went back and spoke to the receptionist 2 days after and he was super unhelpful
Just said no before I finished my sentence I insisted he just kept saying no
Never asked which room I was in or my name so how would he know

There is a reason none of the pictures on Google reviews show the actual rooms. Horrendous. Absolutely disgusting. The Google reviews are all fake that’s for sure. Maybe it’s because I’m Canadian, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel unless the standards are different in Turkey which I don’t think so! The room door would not close properly so safety was a concern, the housekeeper would keep the balcony door open after many complaints which attracted insects and walls are NOT sound proof one but. I hate coming to give bad reviews but please save yourself the disappointment.
