Property is good for family but has noise issues. Property management need to invest on noise reduction technology.

Avoid at all costs
Human waste in the hot tub, what was I thinking. Where is the shower door, I hadn't seen the relaxation hole of a meatball in the shower and hole in the walls, roommate scream of a lady of the night in the hotel, maybe that's what tired you out during your reception shift (4 PM) no hot water when we notify you he laughs in your face. The fridge = freezer finally well filled with a very small cup. The toilet paper roll dropped in the toilet then put back before our arrival did not go unnoticed, no room service and no follow-up of the stay no change of towel or restocking of toilet paper for a duration of 4 days (2 rolls). Missing light bulbs above the bed, however the air conditioning and the TV work perfectly thank you for this stay sincerely.

Enjoy the trip but not the stay
This hotel is rubbish do not book it at all the worst hotel ever
The location was good and that was about it. The bathroom shower head kept breaking
Toilet seat was broken
Air con was rubbish only work on one side of the room and even then it made so much noise
Beds were rock hard and the single bed was broken
It stunk in the room
Washing machine was filthy mould in there
Ceiling had dirt
The atmosphere was not good felt creepy at night
It was not value for the money I paid
What ever you do do not book this

I checked in to this Grand Suite. At Terra Rossa. It was nothing like the pictures on line
If your life is a low level and of low standard .then for you it may be OK.
For me it was not good .
Dirty stained walls. Holes in the door . Filthy dirty kettle no proper dishes cutlery badly stained and smelly sofa with cigarette burns A sloping mattress due to being worn out . No bed sheets for sofa Apartment is for 3 people. No blackout curtains Not enough cups plates dishes etc curtains hanging off hooks
Bathroom had old cigarette burned washing machine in. And smelt of stale piss shower shelf rusty and dirty
The lift went only to 3rd floor. Suite was on the 5th floor
I complained to the receptionist on the afternoon duty and wanted to change rooms . He was argumentative and did not want to know
He would not change rooms. You booked it he kept telling me. Yes i did. Book it. But the clean smart suite you advertise on line .Not a old smelly stained horror movie suite We bought paper cups and water and remained outside the suite for the 2 nights we had booked
It is a dirty smelly Suite. That needs a lot of attention .book it if you want horror
