Magnificent
Very good, she eats perfectly well, especially the grilled dishes, a delight. The hotel is perfectly clean, you can sleep with peace of mind, very good bed, and the staff is very nice, the best hotel I have experienced in Turkey.

Ohhh we were just beautifully moved by new guests in room 1734 & 1736 nightly , disturbance of peace of which we are still reporting, to a new room (and we are already here on 28.03.!!).!! Moving at night at 02:50 with two sleeping children..... More tomorrow.!! From my side first..!!

Peaceful, despite its shortcomings.
First of all, I would like to point out that it is a hotel with a predominantly German clientele.
I would like to thank the bellboy who immediately went down to security and helped me with my luggage when I first checked into the hotel.
Check-in at reception was very quick, and the information provided about the hotel was sufficient.
The bellboy shared more detailed information about the hotel and my room while he brought my suitcase up to my room; I thank him very much for that.
When I checked into my room, I saw that it was a very spacious (I had requested a spacious room in my booking note due to my asthma), a large corner room with sea and pool views. Honestly, even though it was a standard room, I was pleased that there was a sofa set, a free minibar, and a very nice bathroom with proper ventilation. I haven't experienced any malfunction issues.
I'm sorry, but I wasn't satisfied with the room cleaning. I also filled out the survey in the room, and I'd like to share this with those who might be considering staying here: the shower setups in the bathroom hadn't been renovated. The manicure set was already used, still inside the box. I wish it had been checked. It was here that I first realized the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.
The next morning, HK (the cleaning staff) knocked on my door and entered before I could even open my eyes. Having been in the industry for 9 years, I know that HK has a three-click rule to enter the room. I'm sorry, being woken up like that wasn't pleasant. Thankfully, he realized we were asleep and left the room.
We ate meals from Pool Snack during the day. The Pool Snack staff and cooks were very friendly and helpful. I thank each and every one of them. Honestly, my favorite part was how happy they were to see that we were Turkish. Being welcomed so warmly in our own country made us feel safe.
When I returned to the room in the afternoon, it had been tidied up, thank you, but the bathroom supplies still hadn't been replenished. Even though I informed my agency representative...
There's a pasta queue with a flame display at dinner. Special sauces are prepared for your fresh pasta and served with a flame show. Pasta boy, you're AMAZING. This was the best pasta with sauce I've ever had in my life, great job! I wish I had gotten his name before writing it here.
The waiters and busboys in the lobby bar are very friendly; honestly, even though I live in this area and stay in hotels constantly, this is the hotel where my staff satisfaction is highest. From the reception, bellboy, busboy, chef, lifeguard, waiter, and even the spa, the service is fantastic. (Excluding HK)
In general, if you have a cleanliness obsession, this is a place you should avoid. But if you believe that small details can be resolved, what makes a hotel high-quality is its happy employees. I would highly recommend this hotel for this reason alone.

Super vacation
I was at the hotel for 10 nights, everything really liked, the beach is clean, the food is delicious, the most interesting thing is the animation, there is a lot of it, the animators are constantly in contact with you, tell about the activities throughout the day, very fun and responsive, especially enjoyed spending time with Xenia and Halit, very fun and pleasant guys.

Villa Side Residence Holiday Trip
The rooms are clean, the food is fresh, and there are enough sun loungers. This is our fourth visit to the hotel; we've come both in the summer and winter seasons, and we've liked it very much both times. We stayed for 5 nights and weren't bored at all. The animations are very entertaining and enjoyable. We would also like to thank Mr. Dida for his interest.
