Disgrace
Some of the lights in the room weren't working, and the room was practically pitch black. When we reported the situation to the reception, we were met with an even more surprising attitude. The employee grinned and said they already knew the lights were broken and that we would have to use the room like that. No effort was made to resolve the problem or offer assistance.
The room bears absolutely no resemblance to the photos shared online. Furthermore, the ventilation was incredibly poor; the room was extremely humid and stuffy, so we couldn't sleep properly at night.
Especially for a guest who pays these prices and chooses a room with a pool, the room and customer service provided are not at an acceptable level. What was most disturbing was that the hotel was already aware of the problems, yet continued to provide the room to customers in this condition, and the receptionist's indifferent attitude was unacceptable.
It was a very bad experience for us. We won't choose it again.

Disgusting experience
As soon as we checked into the hotel, they first asked us to pay. With the excuse of how do we know if you will wake up in the middle of the night and leave?
I reserved 3 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children through Booking. Turns out I didn't mark adding a bed for the little boy. That's why they said we don't provide beds for the child.
Their rooms and beds smell musty. Almost like wet. There is no unit to hang clothes in the rooms. There is a mini closet etc in the room. there is nothing.
There was no soap in the bathrooms and toilets. While they were happy to have small shampoo and shower gel tubes, they also multiplied them by diluting them with water. It wasn't even enough to wash our hands. We were the only ones staying at the hotel.
In the morning, they also prepared breakfast for 6 people. There were mediocre and a few standard varieties.
When we were leaving, we paid the hotel manager at the entrance anyway. I said, "We can go now, right?" He said no, you can't go. He said he should check the rooms and on top of that he treated us like thieves. In short, do not stop by even if you are stuck on the road and in trouble. I suggest you sleep in your car.

This stay was something very magical ✨️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ✨️
The accommodation was beautiful and so clean, the family/satff were so accommodating (like staying with family) and the food was super tasty and everyday you got something a little different for breakfast to try.
