A fully monetary business

I made a Reservation to stay at the hotel from May 17-19, and paid in advance, but had to leave due to human health problems. Even though I used my 4h stay on May 17th, they didn’t refund my stay on May 18th.It’s no pleasure that you won’t come back; as an industry member, it’s a pity that customer satisfaction isn’t your priority. They say that you can complain about it anywhere you want to write, sitting down with stink attitudes. Good luck with that perspective...

Panderma breakfast is a disgrace

I always stay in hotels due to my business travels. I stayed to try Bandırma Panderma Port Hotel... I encountered the worst breakfast I have ever seen in my life. We were not satisfied with the breakfast at all, the breakfast was not an open buffet, they served it as a breakfast plate, they cut the cheese very thinly, hot sausage and cigarettes. There is no pastry or anything. The breakfast is served just for breakfast.

The building is unique,very old. Only stayed there for the night to catch the ferry the next day across the road. Hotel service is good, the only drawback, breakfast was terrible,you had to ask for everything and that made the experience a negative,what a shame
