Nice property but rooms are run down..amazing outdoor are & views

We liked this property although it is a bit run down & there is a lot of potential especially with the outside area. The bathroom was really dilapidated & only 1 person could fit in there at one time. The caretaker does not speak English but was helpful & friendly. There was an electrical problem but we called someone who came & fixed it. There was a sign on the room that it is licenced & only food & drinks consumed are purchased at the property but we saw no evidence of food & drinks other than water..there is a supermarket & I have put walking directions up & the bus route to the Bodrum town..
The bus stop is right by the supermarket. I hope someone has the insight to bring this property to life!

Oasis in the desert!

In the heart of the basement, but just as serene. It''s a flat and stylishly decorated hotel with a great view, accompanied by evening chill. We put our wine on and ended the day watching the sea. We loved it.

The hotel''s location is excellent for both tranquility and close proximity to the center.
But what makes this place special is its warm and friendly vibe. It feels like you’ve come home to someone you love, not a hotel. We never felt like strangers.
The view from our room was fantastic. In short, our address is now available in Bodrum. Mr. Yiğit's attention and care were also appreciated. Thanks for everything :)

Bodrum ❣️

For the first time with a girlfriend were in the bodrum, the choice was on this hotel, the overall impression-pleasant,just this global difference from the Antalya coast: the sea here is much fresher, but without waves,the hotel is the most,the hotel is aimed at Europeans and the local population,but this year there were not so few Russians, there is a Russian-speaking girl on the resep and a Russian-speaking animator Denis-always helped and came to the rescue)
The animation is not tense, as in Alanya, let's say. Never remained hungry,near the hotel are a bunch of bars and cafes,advised hotel,as for a relaxing holiday-if not to go beyond it,as well as for active and party-around ,price/quality ratio 10/10
P.S. limped off cleaning rooms, but it wasn't a global problem for us since we were only sleeping there)
