The worst place ever. Holidays ruined. Scam!

We were booked into the wrong room. The pictures must have been heavily enhanced, as this place looks nothing like the photos. Our room was rented out to someone else, so instead of the big balcony with a sea view we paid for, we got a tiny balcony that we were worried to use. We couldn't both fit on it with the table and two chairs, and it didn't look safe. We never ate breakfast there even though it was included, but I am glad we didn't; we never saw any other guests, and we noticed the exact same food sitting in the fridge for a couple of days.
The only good thing about this hotel was a little boy carrying our suitcases. But even then, when things went wrong, the manager was shouting at him.
We arrived late but kept the hotel up to date since our flights were delayed. My wife and I were exhausted, but instead of checking us in quickly, the reception staff thought it was a good time to train a new person. Later, that same new person was blamed for us getting the wrong room.
The rooms were dirty and stinky, and everything was broken. The water was scalding hot, and we couldn't get it to run warm or cold. The toilet flush didn't work, and neither did the air conditioning.
Apart from things not working, no one seemed to care about resolving the issues. We were expected to just accept it, pay the full price, and stay. We were told that if we left, we wouldn't get our money back. After we reported the situation to Booking.com, the hotel changed their mind and asked me to cancel so they could issue a refund, simply because they didn't want any trouble.
We were shuffled between rooms until we finally gave up and left. We only slept for two hours and had to look for another hotel at the last minute. We gave them every chance to fix things, but they just made us wait, only to tell us that nothing would change.
After a number of arguments, the hotel agreed to a refund through Booking, but we still haven't received it. Now, I am being told I must remove this review in order for them to send my money back. It is an absolute scam. There is no parking, and they do not meet the bare minimum standards. I recommend that no one goes there; this is ridiculous.
Also, the hotel is not named what it claims to be. I guess they keep rebranding because they can't keep their name clean. I was supposed to stay for 5 days and wasted the entire trip because of this situation. We were also supposed to receive compensation for the trouble, but that isn't happening either. I still haven't received my refund. AVOID!

So sorry we service you and you should pay for this like every our guess you can’t stay with out Money : ) So Your review its all over lie and scam , you will never will be succesful about your movie . The hotel was great. It had a beautiful beach and was in a perfect location with stunning views. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is overpriced. The toilet could not be repaired during our stay, and the room was not cleaned at all over those five days, except for the one time we asked the staff to empty the trash bins. They have things to work on here.

It was a great experience, the location is central and close to the sea, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was fresh. Thank you.
