Best holiday
What a holiday we had! 3rd visit to this hotel but this was the best visit by far.
When checking in Yaren on reception is amazing, she’s friendly and helpful and always goes the extra mile.
The best team are guest relations, Ayşe made our holiday with the extra’s she sorted for my husbands 40th birthday, she remembered us from previous stays so it was just like returning to see an old friend Ayşe you are amazing thank you so much!
Sevval and Eylm in Cafe Turk are amazing they go the extra mile for everyone and make you feel so special and they make the best cocktails!
We hired a beach cabana twice and Ilhan went above and beyond each time for us.
The location is amazing with breath taking views and sunsets, always enough choice of food even for the fussiest eaters.
As a family of 5 the rooms are great for us as we only need one rather than two or connecting and they are so spacious and clean.
We can’t wait to book for 2027 and return to our now extended family ❤️

Bloody bed and urine stains on the blanket
The dirtiest place I've ever stayed.
This is a hotel. I am sharing the photos I will attach as a cautionary tale for all guests considering staying there. It is, quite literally, a terrible hotel. There were bloodstains on the beds and mattress covers, and human excrement on the bathroom walls. Everything was stained, old, worn, and dirty. The extra pillow in the second room, which they said was ready, was used and had stains and male hair on it. We're in a terrible situation. There's only water in the room. The fruits are bruised and rotten as shown in the attached picture. The carpets in the corridors are stained, and the cables in the door mechanisms are exposed as people walk through the corridor.
It appears there was men's underwear on the floor in front of the elevator in the hallway. A photo is attached. There's no drain on the balcony, not to mention the dust, dirt, and grime. There are two duvets without covers inside the wardrobe, and they have urine and blood stains as shown in the photo. I also showed these to the hotel staff who were with me, one by one, to avoid any malicious intent or misunderstanding. I don't want a big room, nor do I want to stay here. The hotel is very inadequate in terms of cleanliness. Our first order of business in the morning is to leave.

Great Hotel we recommend
We had a wonderful family holiday at Bodrum Holiday Resort and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere, great facilities, delicious food, and a welcoming environment for families. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you goes to the animation team, who made every day fun and entertaining. We would especially like to thank Bilal, who organized the darts activities with so much enthusiasm and positive energy. He made everyone feel welcome and created a fantastic atmosphere that we looked forward to every day.
We also want to express our sincere appreciation to Tuğrul, the moderator, for his warm, genuine, and friendly approach. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made our holiday even more memorable.
