Great experience

You’re at the bottom of the sea, within 20 steps from the room. The attentive rooms are clean, ideal for families with children. The evening cocktail presentation is excellent. The meatballs are superb, the ambience and the food are great. We will definitely stay again this year. A party-friendly property where you can stay with your pet friends

A business far removed from guest experience and satisfaction.

I made my reservation in February and paid in advance for a stay between June 19-25. Because of its location, it was a vacation I was very excited about and couldn't wait to experience. My 10-year-old son, my wife, and I arrived on Friday, June 19th. After settling into our room, we spent time on the beach, swam in the sea, and when we returned to the room to prepare for dinner, there was a strong smell of dampness. After I took a shower, our room flooded because of a problem with the drains. My wife waited for the hotel to find a solution so she could take a shower, and eventually a technician came to the room and cleared the drain, allowing us to get ready and have dinner, albeit late. I don't know if it's because of the emotional connection we'd formed with the hotel months prior, but we didn't mind at all. The following day, June 20th, we suddenly lost my wife's mother and had to leave the hotel. Today is June 30th. We have contacted the hotel numerous times over the past few days. I submitted the death certificate and stated that it was a force majeure event. The hotel also offered a refund. Up to this point, everything is perfectly logical. But as a family, we've been dreaming intensely about the hotel since the winter months. Things like witnessing the sunrise in the morning, watching the sunset, washing your face in the sea, and booking the same room every year to create beautiful vacation memories for my 10-year-old son. Given all of this and the emotional impact of the loss we experienced, I stated that we would prefer to stay at a different location on a different date instead of receiving a refund. When we asked for date suggestions, they suggested a date within the season and quoted a price three times higher than what we had paid. I understood that, after all, I had purchased the room at a discounted price during the pre-season, before the full summer season had begun. Therefore, I requested that my remaining 5 nights be transferred so that I could stay during the same period next year. Although they said they would contact management and get back to us, that call never came. When I contacted them again today, I came across a dialogue that I realized wasn't a follow-up issue. Buying a phone is related to the service sector, as is buying clothes. But positioning the hotel where you'll be vacationing solely in the service sector and trying to describe itself using examples like a phone salesman is not befitting such a boutique business. When I sincerely expressed to the lady I spoke to on the phone how much I liked the hotel and how I intended to come back every year, she treated me like a phone sales company, trying to treat our conversation as a standard purchasing process. It's true that I purchased a service from your business, but the difference from my purchase of a phone is that your business occupies a beautiful location that will remain in memories even years later. The hotel's location, beach, and sea are perfect for a family with children to create wonderful summer memories, but unfortunately, it's in a state that deserves to be wasted due to insensitive staff and management who are completely unaware of customer satisfaction. Despite accepting the refund request after encountering this insensitive and customer-unfriendly approach, they couldn't even provide a clear date for the refund of the payment I made in advance 4 months ago.
In short, a poorly managed business, even a phone seller, that's far from customer satisfaction.

Our room was spotlessly clean, cleaned every day and we loved it. They accept rooms from our pet companions.

The Real Address to Peace By The Sea

Perfect hotel for those who want a relaxing beachside vacation! Wake up to the waves in the morning, enjoy the comfort in the spotless rooms, and enjoy the great view all day. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a wonderful stay with every detail in mind.
With its beachfront location, you can soak in the cool waters in a few steps. The food was also delicious and varied, especially the seafood was fantastic! If you want to relax and connect with nature, this is the place to be. We will definitely come back in the summer!

Rooms are too small

On our trip with my wife for relaxation, the location of the hotel is of interest to the staff, the beauty of the food is never to be said, but the rooms are incredibly small You can't lift your arms when taking a shower You have to take a glue shower on your body And there's an incredible noise Bangir Bangir until midnight A sound of music One Complaint These may be more of a hotel that caters to younger ages maybe a hotel breakfast can be a little improved 6 days we ate the same thing every day
