We have our 2022 -2023 - 2024 anniversaries in Edirne, Yılmaz Yıldırım, where we stay at Hotel ŞIMŞEK. At the turn of entertainment, warm rooms are greeted with spotless beds and a pretty spacious setting. All the staff are very friendly and help with everything(I would like to thank Mrs. Ebru from here) and most importantly, we believe you're incredibly happy as we enter Newbie here

Too bad

We were very dissatisfied. After a 1200 km journey, we stopped here to rest as a family. My wife was so tired she immediately fell asleep. Then the movie-like part began. Less than an hour after entering the room, someone just opened the door and came in while we were all asleep. They said they were just going to leave some water, which seemed absurd, but I didn't say anything. Less than an hour later, someone else opened the door, saw the suitcases, and immediately left. Then another person opened the door. When I asked who it was, they said "excuse me" and left. Have you ever seen such a mess before? Then an argument broke out between the cleaning ladies on our floor. In total, we left the hotel after 6 hours. They offered a dry apology, reluctantly, and we were left with our inconvenience and the full day's fee we paid.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Last week, we stayed at this hotel with our family. First, I wanted to see the room beforehand. The bellboy showed me room 409, which was quite nice. However, after we retrieved our luggage from the car, they gave us room 209 – meaning they gave us the only mediocre room available after we had already agreed to stay. In the morning, I wanted to take a shower, and unfortunately, there was absolutely no hot water; even lukewarm water barely flowed. When I reported it to reception, they said "it might be due to the high volume of customers." I'm going to travel 2000 km, and if this is going to be the excuse for not showering in the morning, then please don't do this job.
The most important issue was the argument between the housekeeping ladies around 9:00 a.m. We woke up this morning to the sound of arguing and shouting. Floor attendant Ms. Süreyya 2. He was making a racket in the hallway; I think some materials had been taken from his own van without permission. He was shouting and yelling in the hallway, and I warned him, but as a result, we couldn't get any sleep either. In short, we checked into this hotel at 1 am, we were very tired, we wish these problems hadn't happened. Please, everyone should do their job properly.

It was very bad.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
They don't deserve the money they're getting.
Even if you're desperate and your car is very old and dirty, it's better to sleep in it.

Everything was good except the TV in the room wasn't working properly and there wasn't much variety; otherwise, it was perfect.
