Very Clean Apartment, Great to Stay in a Peaceful Area.
The location of the apartment is good. There is a cai cafe just next door and a number of cafes across the road. There is a nearby convenient store and a shop selling all sorts of nuts on the ground floor. A few meters away on the right, is a taxi stand.
Entrance to the apartment is from the side road. There is no lift, but a staircase to access the apartment. The staircase railing is shaky and the lights are switch on by motion sensor. The staircase lights are not very bright.
The laundry room is on the first floor. All laundry will be done by the owner.
Although the apartment is situated on a busy road, the traffic noise is bearable. We had no problem sleeping at night.
The apartment is very clean. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen and 1 living area. The bedrooms consist of 1 double bed and 5 single beds. The front door has multiple locks for our safety.
We were there during autumn and had problem with the hot water. The hot water control switch is in one of the rooms. The hot water was not consistent. It was hot one moment and suddenly it became cold the next moment. On some days, we had to shower in the cold and came out shivering.
All the pictures we saw on Airbnb website can be misleading, as some do not actually belong to the apartment that we stayed in. There are some pictures that belong to another apartment in the same building.
Overall, this is a great apartment to stay. From here, we visited Uludag Mountain, Cumalikizik Village, Central Silk Bazaar and Tophane Clock Tower.
If we were ever to visit Bursa again, we may stay in this apartment.
