Great hotel with terrible housekeeping
We are family of three from Canada, stayed 7 nights at the hotel.
Everything about our stay was excellent—except for housekeeping.
Location – 5*
Outstanding location. Bus 3C stops right across the hotel and connects to all major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, Green Mosque, and Teleferik. Bus 96 goes directly to the bus terminal, and Bus 1C reaches Inkaya Tree in just four minutes.
Facilities – 5*
The hotel is beautiful and modern; if I’m not mistaken, it was built in 2017.
Breakfast – 5*
Exceptional quality, delicious food, and an impressive variety. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had.
Spa – 5*
Excellent spa and highly recommended. I had a massage with therapist Kadek—one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The only downside is that half of the thermal bath area is closed on weekdays, limiting access to the quiet section.
Housekeeping – 1*
This was the only major issue. The room was clean on arrival, but service declined afterward. After we spilled coffee on the floor, housekeeping made the bed without changing the sheets, rearranged my personal items, removed two pairs of slippers and two robes, and returned only one pair of slippers and one robe. The floor was not mopped, and coffee/tea supplies were not replenished. The same occurred the following day, and I had to request supplies at reception. For the rest of our stay, we used the “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid further inconvenience.
One additional note: before our departure, we were sitting by the fireplace when a hotel representative asked us to move to another table, explaining that they needed to decorate the area. After we moved, she seated a Turkish family there and served them coffee. This made us feel unwelcome.

The spa area is excellent. But…
The spa area in this hotel is without fault. Well designed, relaxing, with a great sauna area and competent, friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel cannot keep up with that.
The reception was warm, and the check-in was smooth.
The first breakfast was accompanied by several cups of tea.
Then suddenly everything changed.
No smiles, forced good morning.
Despite the empty restaurant, dirty plates are piling up.
One cup of tea had to suffice.
The staff is standing in the corner holding a meeting.
I am generally a friendly person and do not show my annoyance.
However, the condescending manner in which my tip and friendliness were met in this establishment disappointed me.
Perhaps it was due to the holidays.

Das von Ihnen beschriebene Verhalten unseres Personals sowie die Versäumnisse im Restaurant stehen im klaren Widerspruch zu unseren internen Qualitätsansprüchen und sind für uns absolut inakzeptabel. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Ihre Wertschätzung hätten keinesfalls mit einer solchen Respektlosigkeit beantwortet werden dürfen. Wir nehmen Ihre Kritik sehr ernst. Hotel had very clean and spacious rooms. The staff was quite helpful in assisting us with setting up local tours and transportation. The pool area was lovely, with access to both a sauna and Turkish bath. I highly recommend the hotel.
