Fabulous executive suite with stunning view of the city and mountains
Highlights
- Cigdem and Suat handled my check with full hospitality and professionalism. I felt as Elite member very welcome in this five star hotel.
- I was granted to a wonderful executive suite with spacious living room and bedroom. The view of the city and mountains was amazing.
- The executive lounge at the top floor was one of the best. There were so many food options already in the afternoon. During the happy hour, I was so amazed by the food variety and tastes. The service in the lounge was very professional.
- The hotel gym was a bit small but offers lots of opportunities to run a workout.
Improvement potential
- There were two electricity breakdowns in my room, maybe in the hotel
- There was a bit mess in the breakfast buffet. Almost all the seats were occupied and the Service team was a bit overloaded. From my phone view there’s not enough space for all the guests for having breakfast.

Decent stay with clean rooms and spectacular views.
Landed in Turkey on the 1st day and 1st stop to rest for the night was this hotel. Nice decent hotel. Lounge was nice but food sort of limited. Maybe it was low season. Not too sure. Breakfast spread was good though, lots to choose from and a good introduction to Turkish food and delights. Car was handled by the valet so that helped a lot.

If you don't want to be embarrassed, stay at this hotel.
The staff were very attentive and helpful upon arrival. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. If you don't want to be disappointed, this is the only place you should stay. Both on the phone and upon arrival, you'll only encounter perfection.

Breakfast, Chef Cuneyt Bey and Location
The hotel has very spacious rooms suitable for families and its location is excellent; it's close to a shopping mall, away from city traffic, and yet only 9-10 minutes from the city center. The breakfast was prepared with great care, and Chef Cüneyt Bey is a very polite gentleman who takes great care in his work and personally attends to the guests. The breakfast items are of very high quality, and the diet options are carefully prepared. Thank you so much for everything.

It needs restoration, it's old and dirty.
Under the guise of sustainability, it's a dilapidated hotel with a big name but empty inside, serving recycled toilet paper as stiff as paper bags, and despite being run-down, it hasn't undergone any restoration. Low quality, unlike any other Sheraton hotel in Türkiye.
