To the hotel manager;

I consider it a great value-for-money hotel. However, I recommend they urgently replace the toilets and supervise the staff who clean them. The food, beds, terrace, and lobby are typical of a 4-star hotel. The in-room toilets are worse than public toilets.

It wasn’t good.

We stayed overnight at this hotel because we had a trip through Çanakkale. We had to handle the shower head as a shift, so the zipper in our room was broken.The electricity on the floor when we went to bed at night went off(a half hour) The food was bad.The Cabin in our room was very tight, like a coffin.There was current from the ceiling of my friend's bathroom.There was a TV with no channels on. The balcony was locked up and we walked through the window to get air. We also could not see the photos shown at the hotel. Additionally, I would like to inform you that the elevators broke down from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor, the elevator was constantly standing up and up, the elevator went down the stairs for last patience, the elevator went down and down this time, the elevator went down to the floor where we went.In addition, when we went to the lobby for tea, the elevator was constantly opening and closing. Good afternoon.

Our home in Çanakkale

We stayed with relatives on a family visit to Çanakkale. It was a spotless hotel with very comfortable beds. The balcony composition is big advantage. It has a huge garden, and my relatives had kids playing in the garden. No parking issues, parking available. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There was even a second room to pack your bags, so it didn’t seem to be a mess. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Warm and clean

The home-comfy rooms are in one big room and we stayed with my wife and I in the other. The room was big and spacious. The staff is very friendly and responded with care to all our concerns. There was a mall right next door. The lobby was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room was full. New renovations had been made. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the atmosphere was warm.
