This place is an absolute gem.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is not just a hotel, it is a genuine family-run experience where hospitality is taken seriously and delivered with pride. The owners go above and beyond in every way. The communication is seamless, warm, and personal, making you feel more like a welcomed guest than a customer.
The setting in this small fishing village is exactly what you hope for when coming to Turkey. Quiet, authentic, and incredibly charming. You are surrounded by natural beauty and local culture, not crowds.
The food deserves special mention. Every meal was outstanding. Fresh, local, and prepared with care. Easily some of the best food we have had on this trip, and that is saying something.
Service is consistently excellent. Every detail is handled thoughtfully, and nothing feels rushed or transactional. It is clear this family takes real pride in what they have built.
If you are looking for a true Turkish experience with exceptional hospitality, this is it. Five out of five without hesitation. We will absolutely be back.

How wonderful.

The location of this small hotel is wonderful. A fantastic view over a very nice and quiet portion of the sea. Having breakfast or relaxing on a jetty surrounded by water are worth the trip alone. It is theimussa a cozy property with rooms equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff is very kind, always smiling, doing everything to meet customer requests. Breakfast is varied, plentiful and very good. It is a structure where you want to return... definitely to recommend.

A dream place

The place is a paradise, the boarding house is a dream and the staff was very attentive with great desire that we enjoyed. An amazing experience.....I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect place in Uçagiz

This is a gem of a place to stay in Uçagiz, near Kas. It’s right on the water and you breakfast looking at the sea and the boats. The owner/manager Ümmu is a delight, and very efficient. She serves a great breakfast, and will cook you the best fish in town.
The rooms are very clean, and she can even do your laundry if you need.
I strongly recommend this boutique hotel!

The best place in Kekova

If you're a looking for a peaceful, cute, comfortable place in this lovely village, definitely Kekova Theimussa is the place. Cute, immaculate and comfortable rooms with air conditioning system. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff -they recommend us the best boat service to visit the island, was perfect! I recommend to have dinner at this place in the table located close to the sea -just quiet and beautiful.
Highly recommended!
