Relaxing vacation
The overall experience the hotel was excellent. The food was good and the staff is very polite and attentive to the guests. I’ve noticed especially at the beach, Serhat who prepares and keeps the beach clean is always friendly, polite and helpful. Also, he speaks English very well. It is because of him we always find the sun beds ready for use and the aria always clean. If you need something he is always ready to help you. Agit at the bar is also very polite and helpful.
Even though the hotel is not on the beach, it is only 80 meters to walk where they have their private beach.

Everything is great, but...
I'm still staying at the hotel for a week's holiday. The food is very good, the cleanliness is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is adequate; the only drawback, in my opinion, is the lack of a waterslide. The sea is not far away; it's within walking distance. On the negative side, it's unclear whether there's any animation at a 5-star hotel. The quality of the alcohol is very poor; only the beer from the tap tasted decent. During our holiday, a fruit plate was sent to the room for my birthday, for which I am very grateful. For a 5-star hotel, this quality of alcohol was disappointing. They put water and soft drinks in the minibar on the first day, and only water on subsequent days.

Overall very good
The hotel is very nice, clean and elegant. The staff are friendly, helpful and experienced. The food is very good, simply superb.

Some holidays are simply for relaxation, while others leave you with unforgettable memories. Maril Hotel was exactly that kind of place for us. From the very first day, we felt like part of the family, not just guests.

A big thank you also to Balım, the lifeguard... While taking his job very seriously, he never lacked a smile and attentiveness. His presence gave us confidence, and his warm approach made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing
We arrived about 9pm on a Saturday night, the lady checking us in was very friendly and polite. She said we would be ok to go and get some food from the restaurant, however we were meeting friends. We have been to Altinkum a lot over the years, this hotel has been lovely. You hear the stories about all inclusive and food being rubbish. We never had any complaints, the roof top à la carte is definitely worth a visit. The views are absolutely stunning too. Food was always fresh and very tasty, as we’ve been to Turkey a lot we are aware of cats being around. There was a couple in the restaurant, they didn’t jump on tables or anything and it certainly didn’t bother us, it may bother other tourists. I would probably suggest they have the pool snack bar open more throughout the day, not everyone wants to attend the restaurant for lunch. The bar areas and pool were all kept clean, my partner and son went in the pool, they said it was freezing, so definitely not for me. The location is great, we were on the 9th floor again stunning views. The room was very comfortable, clean and quite spacious. Would I return again absolutely! I would like the same room again, please thank you for a pleasant stay
