A peaceful vacation like Miss!

Our family vacation at the Aeneas Hotel, in the heart of the cliffs, was so good for us. With that spectacular landscape, we couldn’t get enough of the fresh strawberries from the garden. Every moment was full of tranquility and joy. For those who want to truly relax and have quality family time, it''s a whipped-out hood!

A small hotel in a very delightful resort cenote is a huge hotel with a perfect breakfast against a view in the greenery. The hotel staff are friendly and very friendly, especially the owner took care of the hotel in person, and the aeneas team is very appreciative.

Too bad. I don't recommend it.

We held my sister's wedding at this hotel a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with anything. The behavior and attitudes of the operator are not nice at all. They scold their employees in front of customers, and most of their employees are very successful university students trying to earn their living. Each room is named after a flower. They probably think that this way they will suppress the bad smell in the rooms and toilets. Everything that should be in the rooms is missing. I don't even want to talk about the dirt inside the mini closet. The breakfast buffet is very bad. We were hungry. Flies are swarming over jams, marmalades and cheeses. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Beautiful peaceful property on the outskirts of town. You can also use the facilities of the larger hotel below the boutique hotel including their private beach. Location is off the beaten path so having a car would be useful for sightseeing. The staff is unbelievably helpful and willing to work with Google translate if you are English speaking. Hazel really helped us and kept smiling and being kind despite our dumb questions. Pictures are very accurate and pool area is a true oasis.
