Road noise is audible in the rooms.
After a journey of approximately 17 hours, we arrived at the hotel around 00:30.
Extra beds and other necessary equipment had been added to the rooms.
There were no personal care items in the room (cotton swabs, nail clippers, comb, etc.).
The room was cleaned and there were no problems that bothered us.
The beds were large and the pillows were very comfortable.
Sound and a gentle breeze are entering through the windows.
We were too tired to be bothered by the noise, but I was surprised that sound was coming in through the window in a hotel like this.
Breakfast is served at the hotel by the Big Chef brand.
When we went down for breakfast around 9:30, all the hot dishes were gone.
The renovation took 15-20 minutes.
We thought there would be local specialties for breakfast, but apart from one or two items, there was nothing local.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
While the hotel’s central location is convenient, it’s the only positive thing I can say. The so-called “free valet parking” ended in disaster. Our rental car was parked illegally by hotel staff, resulting in a ticket we had to pay out of pocket. We contacted the hotel multiple times with proof that we were in our room when the ticket was issued—emails, calls, everything. Not once did they respond. Total silence.
Management is completely unresponsive and borderline negligent.
The room was clean but filled with the lingering stench of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was a sad lineup of bland and unimaginative options. And to make matters worse, none of the staff spoke English, making basic communication incredibly frustrating.
This hotel needs serious improvement. Until then, save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

The hotel is beautiful, central, missing
We came from a long trip and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel''s location is beautifully located in the city. Parking is available. The hotel rooms are beautifully spacious. We thought there was a drink at the hotel and said we wanted a beer and a wine. They said we could pick up at the restaurant if they didn’t stop drinking at the lobby cafe. The restaurant is a print place. We went there and said we looked at the menu and wanted wine. Said there was no drink available. We were surprised. The young fellow said if we wanted to help, he could go and pick up the one.
We have given up. Funny not to have a drink at such an international chain hotel
