A clean and quality property in the heart of the grounds.

Very close to everything in the heart of the city, clean, boutique, breakfast nice, quality sheets and towels in the room, free parking porsucks, gondolas, tram a, train station, espark a, haller youth center, bars street, log market .. very close walking distance to all places. A FILTHY HOTEL. Don't be fooled by the photos when you go there. We went there after making a reservation through Hotels.com. They gave us rooms in an apartment building next to the main hotel building, and there was no elevator. (The main building you see in the photos) The pillowcases in room (206) were unchanged and the makeup marks were still there, and it smelled awful. We lacked towels and toilet paper; we had to order them separately. The faucets, the towel rack—they're all either wobbly or come off in your hand when you touch them. Breakfast was another disaster; when we asked about the breakfast room, they said it was under renovation and that they would bring it to our room when we called. They brought out a so-called "breakfast" (including a boiled egg) that had been prepared the day before, refrigerated, and wrapped in plastic wrap, all on a serving plate. Daily room cleaning is not provided. No. The room was never cleaned during our stay. As someone who travels a lot, this was the worst hotel and the most terrible stay I've ever had. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO!!!

We were deceived by appearances

The employees never smile, it is not clear whether you are talking to the wall or the reception, the air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool, the bed was awful, it was indented like a camel's back, my wife could not meet me left and right, we could not meet in the middle, they did not help us because she was 10 minutes late for breakfast, and they did not tell us the end time even though they did not tell us the reason. They claimed that the breakfast hours were written on the elevator, they paid for it because we only had breakfast. When we went down to the breakfast room, the lady in charge was playing on her phone and when we asked her for breakfast, she said there was no breakfast, go ask the reception, she turned us down and left the place.
