A hotel where you feel welcome every year.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Mustafa, the bellboy. He was always friendly and helpful during our stay and always had a smile on his face. You can tell that he tries very hard to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.
For the future, we would wish that his great helpfulness be combined even more with realistic promises and a somewhat more reserved manner. Often less is more – authentic service leaves a particularly lasting impression on guests.
Overall, we got to know Mustafa as a dedicated and warm employee and wish him all the best for his future path.

Our first choice in Gaziantep for years – with a great team

We have been spending our vacations in Gaziantep for many years and choose the Novotel every single time. This year, too, we were very satisfied overall and would come back anytime.
A very special compliment goes to housekeeping. The rooms were spotlessly clean every day, maintained with great attention to detail, and always perfectly prepared. A heartfelt thank you to Elif, Ayşe, Arda, and especially İslim. Your kindness, warmth, and excellent work made our stay even more pleasant. Such employees are a great asset to the hotel.
We would also like to especially highlight Eyüp Aytekin from the restaurant. He took excellent care of us from the very first day. His attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism were exceptional. You can tell that he truly cares about the guests. Thank you very much for the great service!
A small point of criticism concerns the restaurant: Over the past four years, as regular guests, we have always received tea and water free of charge. This year we had to pay for it, and we felt the prices were quite high. We found that a bit of a shame, as this small gesture was always a sign of special hospitality to us.
Furthermore, we would like the restaurant to offer more fresh, homemade dishes in the future. Some dishes seemed more like frozen or convenience products to us. We still see potential here to further improve the culinary offerings.
Overall, however, the positive impressions clearly outweigh the rest. The friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the pleasant atmosphere continue to make the Novotel Gaziantep our first choice. Many thanks to the entire team – we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent service.

We stayed as a family on July 20-21. It was an experience far beyond our expectations. The cleanliness is excellent, the staff are always friendly and willing to serve, and the food is delicious.

We've been here a few times, and the staff, especially Elif Hanım and Mustafa Bey, are very friendly and sincere; they do their jobs properly. I really haven't experienced any problems; on the contrary, everything has been perfect.
