The rooms are very nice, the staff is friendly, it is very close to everywhere in the center of Kadıköy. The hotel is very new and spotlessly clean. The guys working in the lobby were very helpful. I recommend it. We are satisfied. You will be satisfied too. I will definitely come again. Moreover

It is a nice Hotel. Very close to various transportations. My room was small but clean. It was a bit difficult to use the toilet as it was very close to the shower cabin with vert little space in between. Staff was helpful. However i found it very noisy. It is a very popular area and I was kind of ok with the noise coming from outside. But, the noises from other rooms were bit disturbing.

Don't deceive people

Bad service, they are deceiving people, they said we made the wrong reservation, we will pay, they took money again, I transferred money to their bank account, they did not refund the money, when we asked, they say it is not our fault, the problem is with agoda and expedia, they cannot help.

bad experience

We were assigned another room with a view of the courtyard, while we had 1 room with city view. because the hotel was full we could not get another room because the hotel was full. Friends got a room with a city view but had an odor and moisture in the shower/toilet. This room was clearly larger than the one we got. We could leave the hotel with a 100% refund, they said at the reception. After 1 day it was still not OK. they put this in the agoda chat of which I have a screenshot! they would withhold 1 day and refund 2 days. they were going to call me back every day but unfortunately I am the person who called back to the hotel no one knows anything. not a reliable hotel.
