100% recommend, super helpful

It was a perfect trip for me, my wife and all our family (50 people!). Even though we were so crowded, from the transportation to surprise gifts, they have been exceptional. We know where we’ll stay anytime we visit Istanbul, and we 100% recommend you do the same. They are reachable 24/7 and they support with anything. E.g., we could not reach an old family member at a v late time, hotel called the police (Mr Serhat & Serdar), found the missing person quickly..

The hotel is in a wonderful location in Beşiktaş, with easy access to everywhere in the city. The hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always welcoming.
Unfortunately, my room was facing the back side of the building. I would have preferred a sea-view room because waking up to the magnificent Istanbul view would have been amazing.

This room is on another level, folks! When I say that, I truly mean it.
I was quite skeptical about this hotel at first because there isn’t much information about it online. However, I have to say that this room impressed me more than rooms I’ve stayed in at luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons and Swissôtel.
I regularly stay in high-end hotels, but this room completely captured my heart. The view is absolutely breathtaking, with what feels like a 180-degree panorama of the Bosphorus and Çırağan Palace. I honestly can’t remember the last time I was this happy with a hotel room.
The hotel itself may not be the most luxurious property, but this particular room easily outshines many rooms that cost significantly more at famous luxury hotels. The combination of the view, atmosphere, and value for money is hard to beat.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious experience without paying the overpriced rates often found at more hyped-up hotels.

One of the best Istanbul hotels i’ve stayed in a while.The staff went above and beyond. Can’t beat the location walkable to any where. All in all this was a great experience
