This hotel is tucked aside from the city downtown but you can easily reach other Istanbul places by using Hazledar metro station that’s less than 5 min walk away (ps. Can take M3 line down to Bakirkoy to reach Sea of Marmara) and about 15 min walk to Mehmet Akif tram station that can take you to the city center. There are plenty of places to eat around and a grocery supermarket across the street. Rooms are a bit outdated. Sofa needs a deep clean. TV remotes didn’t seem to work well. Windows are not clean. Curtains need to be washed. Sheets and towels were clean. Water bottles were given. This is hotel is friendly to smokers, so if you don’t want the smoke smell in your room make sure you book non smoking room. Breakfast is the same everyday but is fresh and catered by the most welcoming and kind ladies. View is great from the buffet area and it’s covered. The staff made the experience of staying in this hotel worth it. The concierge, the desk and the buffet staff - all wonderful people. Thank you!

In general, the room was clean and good cleaning every day. However, the whole hotel and especially room have heavy smell of tobacco, even with opened windows, couldn't get the smell out. Despite the "no smoking" sign at the restaurant, all the tables have an ashtray and people smoking while doing breakfast.
Well I booked hotel online for 7 night, but had to move out after couple days because of above, as living there is like to live in big ashtray.

the hotel is good , the staff are so nice and friendly ,the food is good and healthy , i would stay there again and again , thank you guys .

and I went three times to this hotel and the truth is, I went only for my doctor, this time I booked through hotels.com and when I arrived they charged me more than what I had to pay, they told me when I complained that it was because the card charges them that It's not my problem since they have to pay for it, I won't even return for free for that matter and unfortunately in this country everyone is looking to Rodarte and get money from you anyway, that's how this country is from the airport everywhere they treat tourists like this I don't recommend this hotel and I would not return. I obviously made a complaint to hotels.com. Since I arrived I had problems with my arrival. I arrived so tired at the end of the night and to find this a disaster, I did not think that they would rob the tourists who were going to leave the money. and at that time it was impossible to look for a hotro hotel

Pros:
-Friendly receptionist with a strong command of English
-Two free bottles of water in the room
-Decent complimentary breakfast
Cons:
-Shower had dried nail polish on the floor
-Sheets had multiple stains
-Fridge leaked water onto floor
-Walls are quite visibly damaged/dirty
-Shower did not drain properly
-Toilet flush button would get stuck frequently
