Great availability and kindness of the staff. Valid suggestions on arrival. Reception in the middle of the night for flight delay!!!!! Optimal location to reach the main places of interest. Very clean. Rich breakfast. Taxi booking for the return: highly appreciated. Great value for money.

Excellent location! Wonderful hotel!

Our experience at Hotel Novano was excellent from start to finish. The room is very nice, comfortable and well organized, exactly as expected to rest after an intense day exploring Istanbul. The cleaning deserves to be highlighted: everything is always very clean and well taken care of.
The reception is another strength – extremely attentive, polite and always willing to help, which makes all the difference during your stay.
Breakfast is good, with enough variety to start the day well.
And, no doubt, the big difference is the location: perfect! You can do a lot on foot, close to the main sights, restaurants and transportation. Makes the experience in the city too easy.
If I return to Istanbul, I will surely stay again at Hotel Novano. I recommend without thinking twice.

Flirty hotel with unbeatable location

Well located hotel, close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia (5 min walk), good area. Friendly staff (English), some restaurant around. Flirty hotel, 3 floors without elevator. Normal and clean rooms. Normal breakfast (not much variety). It was a good experience.

Cozy, friendly with a chic location!

Booked the Novano Hotel for her friends, and the hotel didn't fail! It is located in the Fatih district, near Sultanahmet Square. Small, cozy, friendly, catering staff, delicious, hearty breakfast. Administrator Turan (Russian-speaking) is ready to help with any issues. Most attractions are within walking distance. Got a huge thank you from my friends for the hotel selection! Thanks to the hotel for that! Highly recommended!❤️
