Best hotel in Istanbul
After an unfortunate experience with our Airbnb, staying here completely turned our trip around. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Aycha, Hatem and Mehmet went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and by the end of our stay they genuinely made us feel like family. Their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help with absolutely anything made such a difference and is something we’ll never forget.
The rooms were spotless, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect—close to all the main attractions while still being peaceful enough to get a great night’s sleep.
A huge thank you again to Aycha, Hatem and Mehmet for making what started as a stressful situation turn into such a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a hotel with amazing staff, fantastic rooms and an ideal location, I couldn’t recommend this place more. We’ll definitely be back!

An Absolute Gem for Couples – Incredibly Helpful Staff & Phenomenal Breakfast!
My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Hotel Ravi. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming.
The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to give us excellent recommendations for things to see and do around the city, ensuring we made the most of our trip. Navigating the city was also a breeze thanks to them, as they were always happy to arrange reliable taxis for us whenever we needed to head out.
Another massive highlight was the breakfast—it was truly phenomenal! Every morning featured a delicious, fresh, and varied spread that kept us fueled for long days of exploring.
If you are traveling as a couple and looking for a place in Istanbul that combines an excellent location with top-tier hospitality and care, we cannot recommend Hotel Ravi enough. We would return in a heartbeat!

A GREAT HOTEL WITH A GREAT STAFF
The expectations about the hotel were already good based on the existing comments and reviews, but I must say they fell short in every aspect.
The hotel itself could perfectly be a 4-star establishment, given all the services they offer during the stay.
If I have to highlight the most outstanding aspect, it is the hospitality, kindness, and professionalism of all their staff, especially the reception service, who exceeded all requirements and provided even more information, assistance, and attentiveness to the guests at the hotel.
What a day you arrive from the corresponding tour and they do not stop asking you about your day and then offer you water, soda, tea, or coffee. This is a great detail on the part of the hotel, which is always attentive to the customer.
If I have to recommend a hotel in Istanbul, it would be this one without any doubt.

Traveling with friends.
We stayed with a couple of friends, the hotel is in a super central location, 200 meters from the Blue Mosque and 400 meters from Hagia Sophia.
The staff is very kind and friendly, and it is nice to see young people passionate about their work; this hotel deserves a perfect score.

Excellent stay
Excellent experience for a second time! The hotel remains clean, with comfortable rooms and a very nice atmosphere. The staff is always courteous, smiling and willing to serve in whatever you need. The breakfast was rich and very quality, while the location is ideal. The fact that we chose it again says a lot, and we will definitely visit it a third time! We strongly recommend that.
