The hotel was right near the busy shopping street, which made it perfect for us. It’s walking distance from the Galata Tower and has lots of transportation options. Food options were plentiful and if you are in Istanbul for the night life it’s one of the places to be. I stayed Wednesday through to Friday, the first night was quiet no noise from the street. But Thursday heading to the weekend was very noisy sound like a birthday party was happening under our bedroom window until 3am, so bear that in mind if you wanted a quiet stay. Also I booked the breakfast included options and the view of the city was amazing from there. All in all I would book again but mid week though.

Adequate

We had to change rooms because the ones located on the main road are too noisy. It is absolutely impossible to sleep. Breakfast below my expectations in both quantity and quality. It starts at 7:30 and the person making the eggs doesn't arrive before 8:30. Very little choice in drinks. From the photos I expected more from both the property and the breakfast. On the positive side, spacious room and good location

Terrible stay. Street noise is unbearable, even with windows closed. Lucky we weren't here in the summer because there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, and would have had to keep the windows open. Across from a club that blasts music all night. WIFI UNUSABLE. Smells of cigarette smoke. Bed cover stained with something that was possibly blood. Breakfast not great. Pillows old, thin and lumpy.

Stay and pleasant staff

Nice stay overall. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, although some small details could be improved (insulation, maintenance..... Breakfast was correct and varied.
Rasha (the breakfast manager) is smiling, professional and very attentive to the needs of guests. Its warm welcome makes the start of the day much more pleasant. Merc for your kindness and efficiency
